Summer Camp Registration

Please register for camp programs through the registration form below. 

Please Note:  The registration form must be completed all in one sitting.  If you leave the form, the information that you have entered will be lost and you will need to complete the form again.  There are next and back buttons that can be utilized while you are in the form. 
  
Before starting the form please be sure to gather the following information:
  • The name of the camp that you plan to register for & the pricing tier you plan to pay
  • Camper information including birthdate, address, and emergency contact
  • Credit card or Paypal 
Wait list Information:  We suggest completing the registration form to get your child or teen on a wait list if the camp is full. We are regularly able to place wait list campers, but can only do that once the camper is registered.

You may download a printable Camp Registration Form by clicking on either the button on the left or the words "Download File" next to the file icon on the right. Once you have downloaded it to your computer, you will then be able to print it.
