Thomas Hall is ABCCONN's Minister of Camping & Conferences. Tom and his wife, Tink Rabey-Hall, moved to camp in January 2012.

A native of Central New York, Tom learned the value of organized camp programs early in his life by spending summers at YMCA Camp Tousey. Since then, he has worked in Camp and Retreat Center administration for more than 25 years, with the YMCA and at several church-affiliated centers. He has developed a passion for outdoor ministries, and enjoys creating opportunities for people to experience God's creation and to grow physically, socially, and spiritually.

Tom earned a Bachelor's degree in Forest Resources Management from the State University of New York – College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He says his studies prepared him well for the work he has chosen, as people appreciate the informal environmental education he can offer them.

Tom and Tink, who shares Tom's passion for outdoor ministry, recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. When not working, they enjoy downhill skiing, hiking, camping, canoeing, reading, and travel. They are enjoying getting to know all the good folks involved at Camp Wightman.
