No. We are strictly a residential (overnight) camp.
I'm an adult - do I need a health form to come to camp
(Grandparents Camp, New Friends, Wild Women)?
Yes. The State of CT requires that everyone --
campers, staff, volunteers -- have a health form on file at
the camp. They can (and do) check when they make their
inspection.
I have my camper's health form from last year. Do I
need a new one?
No. As long as the physical examination was less
than 3 years from the last day of the camp that your camper
is attending, you can use the form.
Can I use a school or sports physical form?
Yes. Please fill out the front of our form (which
has contact information and an authorization for us to
provide emergency medical treatment), and attach the other
form to that page. You don't need to get another form
filled out.
What should I do with my health form once it's filled out?
First, make a copy and keep the copy. Then, you can
either send the form to camp in advance of your session, or
bring it with you at registration. You must
bring it with you, if you haven't sent it in because we must
have the form on file when camp begins.
What time does camp begin?
Registration for all our camps begins at 2pm on Sundays,
with only a few exceptions. Registration runs until
about 3:30pm. Exceptions: ASC camps -
check-in at 1:30pm; half-week programs that begin in the
middle of the week - check-in is still at 2pm, but on the
appropriate start day.
What time does camp end?
Check-out begins at 10am on Saturday morning (unless the
camp is a half-week program and ends in the middle of the
week). Please come for your camper by 11am so that our
staff can fulfill their cleaning responsibilities before
beginning their days off.
What should I/shouldn't I bring to camp?
See our list of what to bring to camp:
You can pay anytime up to and including the day the camp
begins. Payment is accepted by cash, check or credit
card. You can call or e-mail us for your balance --
the office is generally open from 9:15am to 4:45 pm.
