  • Every camper, volunteer and staff member is required by the state of CT to have a medical form.  Download the medical form here:

  • Camper Sign-In/Sign-Out Form - please fill this form out and bring it with you on registration day.

  • There are some scholarship funds available, up to a maximum of 50% of the cost of the camp.  The application form is available below:

  • You can communicate with your camper by sending regular mail which will be distributed during store time each day to:

Please be sure to include not only your camper's name, but also the program (i.e. Junior 1, Primary 3) that your camper is in.
